About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Customer assistance: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support to address queries related to course offerings, class schedules, and technical issues. Guide students through the registration process and provide information on course content and requirements.
2. Issue resolution: Troubleshoot technical issues related to accessing online classes or course materials. Resolve complaints or escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
3. Student engagement: Follow up with students to ensure they are satisfied with the service and learning experience. Collect feedback and provide insights to improve customer satisfaction and course delivery.
4. Database management: Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM or customer support tools. Ensure all data is kept up-to-date and confidential.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and academic teams to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of customer needs with offerings.

Other requirements

3. Familiarity with CRM systems and online communication tools (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, or Google Meet). Basic knowledge of online learning platforms is a plus.
