1. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred). Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the education or e-learning industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
3. Familiarity with CRM systems and online communication tools (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, or Google Meet). Basic knowledge of online learning platforms is a plus.
