Customer Service/Customer Support Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Dealing with customers on email, WhatsApp, and other modes of communication
2. Calling customers to confirm orders and gather additional information
3. Assisting with processing orders, exchanges, and handling user queries
4. Communicating with suppliers to get orders shipped or manage other logistics
5. Ensuring all customer queries and problems are sorted within a 24-hour turnaround time
6. Handling interactions with customers in various situations, including polite, urgent, and sometimes rude ones
7. Learning and managing all aspects of customer interaction, being the first hire and handling all customer-related tasks for the company
