As a Customer Service Specialist at TiffinStash, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience and receive top-notch service. Your effective communication skills will be put to the test as you interact with customers both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in English and Hindi is a must, as you will be assisting customers from diverse backgrounds. Your expertise in MS-Excel will also come in handy when managing customer data and inquiries.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
3. Provide product information and pricing details to customers
4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in our system
5. Collaborate with the delivery team for updates
6. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
