Customer Success & Social Media Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting clients in understanding and operating the markAIble Lead Management Dashboard
2. Providing training and troubleshooting support to ensure smooth usage
3. Acting as a bridge between clients and the internal team for issue resolution
4. Regularly checking in with clients to address queries and optimize their experience
5. Gathering feedback and suggesting improvements for better user engagement
6. Ensuring client satisfaction and helping improve retention rates
7. Creating, scheduling, and managing content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook
8. Engaging with the audience, responding to comments, and growing brand presence
9. Monitoring trends and suggesting innovative ways to enhance online visibility
10. Assisting in designing posts, writing captions, and crafting engaging social media campaigns
11. Collaborating with the team to generate case studies, testimonials, and promotional materials
12. Analyzing social media performance and optimizing strategies
13. Maintaining records of client interactions and preparing reports on common issues
