We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with expertise in using AI tools, like ChatGPT.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Data Entry and Processing
2. Leverage AI tools, with a focus on ChatGPT, to enhance data entry processes and improve efficiency.
3. Conduct thorough quality checks on data entered to identify and rectify errors.
4. Collaborate with the team to implement continuous improvement strategies.
5. Maintain detailed and organized documentation of data entry processes and procedures.
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and optimize data entry workflows.
Education and Experience:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Additional certification or coursework in data entry and AI tools is a plus.
3. Previous experience in a data entry role, with a demonstrated ability to effectively incorporate AI tools into daily tasks.
4. Proficiency in using MS office software - Word, PPT, Excel etc.
