b. Ensure human transcription meets the project's accuracy standards and guidelines
3. Following the provided guidelines:
a. Adhere to the specific guidelines provided for the project
b. Maintain consistency in formatting, punctuation, and spelling as per project requirements
4. Segmenting Speech:
a. Identify and mark different speaker turns within the audio files
b. Clearly distinguish between different speakers
5. Annotating Non-Speech Events: Annotate non-speech events such as background music, pauses, or other relevant sounds according to the guidelines
Notes:
1. Qualification Test:
a. All candidates must pass an internal transcription test to qualify for the role.
b. The test will take up to one hour.
2. Training Job:
a. Candidates who pass the test will undergo a training job to ensure they fully understand and meet the project requirements.
b. The training job will last up to one hour and will be unpaid.
3. Accuracy Requirements:
a. Final transcriptions must have an accuracy rate of over 95% to qualify for full payment.
b. Accuracy rates between 90% and 94% will result in a reduced payment, calculated based on the quality threshold.
c. Accuracy below 89% will not be compensated.
