About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:
1. Create, schedule, and post engaging content (photos, videos, and stories) on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
2. Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries on social media
3. Track and analyze engagement metrics, reporting weekly insights to improve strategy
4. Collaborate with local influencers or food bloggers for promotions
5. Design flyers, banners, and promotional materials using Canva or Adobe Spark
6. Capture high-quality images and short-form videos of daily specials, new menu items, or in-store events
7. Write engaging captions, hashtags, and descriptions to attract followers
8. Update and optimize Google My Business listing with new photos, promotions, and responses to reviews
9. Assist in updating the company website/blog with news, promotions, and event details
10. Research and implement basic SEO strategies to improve local search visibility
11. Draft and send weekly email newsletters featuring promotions, events, and discounts
12. Manage an SMS marketing campaign for local customers with special offers and loyalty rewards
13. Track open rates, click-through rates, and customer feedback on campaigns
14. Promote in-store events, birthday parties, and seasonal offers through digital channels
15. Research and contact potential local businesses for cross-promotions or sponsorships
16. Assist in running paid social media ads for local outreach and promotions
