About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Digital Strategy Development:
a. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions
b. Set up and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, and email
2. Content Creation & Management:
a. Create compelling content for our website, blog, social media platforms, and email campaigns
b. Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication of content
3. Social Media Management:
a. Develop and execute social media strategies to build brand awareness and engage with our target audience
b. Monitor, analyze, and respond to social media interactions and metrics
4. SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings
5. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and other metrics
6. Lead Generation & Conversion:
a. Develop strategies to drive traffic to the website and convert visitors into leads and customers
b. Implement and manage lead generation tactics, including landing pages, lead magnets, and email marketing campaigns

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per sale).
