2. Contributing 3hrs minimum.

Other requirements

1500 INR is the base pay.

Every week based on your performance you would be rewarded incentives (fixed base + incentives) that would be appreciation for your will to learn and be a smart designer. It is now in your hands how much are you willing to learn and earn with what you have in you. Incentives can range from 50 INR - to 500 INR/week. You have to be flawless in your design to avail that, mind you!
