Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for the work from home job/internship
2. can start the work from home job/internship between 17th Feb'25 and 24th Mar'25
3. are available for duration of 2 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Creative thinker with a passion for fashion and current trends.
3. Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop).
4. Proficient in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp).
5. Previous digital marketing experience (preferred, but not required).
6. Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
7. Proactive with a willingness to take initiative and contribute ideas.
8. Ability to contribute to and help execute brand-building strategies that align with Marwadrorang’s vision.
9. Willingness to generate ideas for campaigns and initiatives that enhance brand recognition.
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (7% of revenue generated through online sales only).
