About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
2. Responding to comments, DMs, and engaging with the audience to increase brand interaction
3. Designing eye-catching graphics, memes, and reels using Canva or similar tools
4. Writing compelling captions, hashtags, and blog posts related to real estate and renting
5. Tracking and analyzing social media performance using analytics tools
6. Providing insights and suggestions to improve engagement and reach
7. Conducting keyword research and implementing SEO strategies to improve website rankings
8. Optimizing blog posts, landing pages, and app listings
9. Assisting in planning and running Facebook & Instagram ads
10. Monitoring ad performance and suggesting optimizations
11. Identifying and collaborating with micro-influencers for promotions
12. Engaging with relevant online communities and forums
13. Creating email newsletters and promotional WhatsApp messages
14. Monitoring open rates and customer engagement
15. Staying updated on digital marketing trends, competitor strategies, and real estate industry news

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 10 per sale).
