Impactis simplifies scholarship-giving for donors. Our platform handles everything: creating personalized scholarships, finding great students, managing funds, and tracking student success. This empowers students financially. We ll be creating digital leads through ads that you ll convert to a sale through close customer interaction and engagement via calls, emails, etc. You ll be working mainly with Pankaj who is personally understanding this segment and its needs.
Every month, you ll report to the team of your progress, your analysis, and insights on customer behavior, messaging needs, and other things to win and retain delighted customers. You ll get a chance to highlight any creative initiative you undertook and collaborate with other intern/s to improve outcomes.
The role will require at least 12 hours a month for three to six months, which can be paced weekly in a way that works for you. You ll need to present your learnings & insights in an end-of-month session on call which will be on an early morning or late evening time to accommodate the US timezone. You might take on a side activity like running an experiment or optimizing for something you can help with. This will be duly credited.
There is a fixed stipend for measured deliverables, along with uncapped performance incentives, i.e., the upside will be determined by your own initiative and abilities. Proof of internship will be given, and great work will come with a strong recommendation letter to match.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 4000 per lead conversion based on agreed target).
