About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Job Posting and Management: Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and ensuring that job descriptions are compliant with labor laws and company standards
2. Regulatory Documentation: Help prepare and maintain compliance documentation, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date
3. Employee Surveys: Design and distribute employee surveys to assess awareness and understanding of compliance policies
4. Onboarding Compliance: Support the onboarding process by ensuring new hires receive necessary compliance training and resources
5. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between HR and other departments to communicate compliance needs and updates
