About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. GeM Portal Operations:
- Assist in uploading and updating product listings on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.
- Help buyers with adding products to carts and resolving basic queries.
- Manage order acceptance and assist with invoice uploads after approval.
2. Administrative Tasks:
- Prepare and send quotations after consulting with the team.
- Update payment statuses and records in Zoho Books.
- Support in following up with customers and vendors via calls or emails.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of orders, quotations, and invoices.
- Generate weekly reports on order processing and bid submissions.
4. Process Support:
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement-related tasks.
- Assist in scheduling and tracking deliveries, ensuring timely dispatch of products.
5. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the procurement and accounts teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support in organizing and optimizing day-to-day office workflows.
