About the work from home job/internship
We have product lines across multiple SKUs and categories in the medical-surgical instruments, accessories, and electronic devices dealing related industries. This is an e-commerce management-related role where primarily Amazon and Flipkart seller portal management is expected of you.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create and optimize product listings, including keyword research, to improve visibility and search ranking
2. Track and manage inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstock situations, coordinating with suppliers as needed
3. Assist in setting up and monitoring paid advertising campaigns, analyzing performance to optimize ad spending and maximize ROI
4. Oversee order processing and manage returns efficiently, ensuring a smooth experience for customers
5. Generate reports on sales, inventory, and ad performance, providing insights to improve overall e-commerce strategies
6. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, customer support, and marketing, to ensure smooth operations and timely responses to issues
Note: The first round of the interview will be conducted through a recorded Google Form, which will be shared via Internshala messages. The second round will be an interview with either the HR or the founder directly. If selected, the first 1-2 weeks will involve testing your knowledge and basic training. Based on your performance, ability to create the end product, and your confidence in executing tasks as expected, you will be assigned the role. Your official offer of work will be given at this stage.

1. Has built a successful e-commerce business for other sellers in the past and can take projects head-on with confidence to deliver results
2. Preferably someone with 3 - 4 hours of fixed time to spend every day between 9 am and 6 pm
3. Is willing to work with us and learn on the go
4. Is a well-seasoned e-commerce business developer with real-world knowledge of applications of the different e-commerce marketplaces
5. Can talk to the business owners and transcribe the business requirement into what must be done in e-commerce to maximize monthly revenue and increase profit margins

Note: Pay range
1. 1 hour daily on working days INR 1000 per month
2. Working 10 hours = INR 10,000 per month
