Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Accurately catalogue products into the company s database, ensuring all information is up-to-date, comprehensive, and aligned with our quality standards. Understanding the flow of cataloguing and category mapping on the website.
2. Review and edit product and collections descriptions, specifications, and images to ensure clarity and accuracy.
3. Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to gather comprehensive product information.
4. Utilize database management software to input and manage catalogue data effectively.
5. Conduct regular audits of the catalogue to ensure accuracy and consistency across all listings.
6. Respond to internal queries and provide support regarding catalogue issues.
7. Update and maintain the integrity of the catalogue by adding new products and updating or deleting old entries as necessary.
8. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the catalogue structure, SKU management, and product photoshoot team.
9. Work closely with the IT and Marketing teams to optimise catalogue visibility and searchability.
10. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance catalogue processes and data management practices.
11. Manage and lead a cataloguing team
