1. Experience editing academic manuscripts, particularly for journals
2. Strong command of English grammar and academic writing conventions
3. Familiarity with scholarly research and technical terminology
4. Ability to refine clarity, coherence, and structure while maintaining the integrity of the content
5. Experience with journal submission guidelines and formatting (preferred)
