About the work from home job/internship

Are you passionate about education and communication? Nabin Entrepreneurship Foundation is seeking a dynamic education and communication intern to join our team.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in the development of educational e-learning materials
2. Creating engaging content for social media and marketing campaigns
3. Utilizing Canva and Google Suite for visual and written communication
4. Supporting the coordination and administration of training sessions, workshops, and e-learning courses
5. Facilitating online discussion and activities to engage learners during training sessions and workshops
6. Helping in maintaining and updating the learning management system (LMS), such as Teachable, with course content and training records.
7. Writing video scripts and developing storyboards
8. Analyzing feedback from learners and stakeholders to make necessary revisions and improve the learning experience
9. Conducting research on industry trends and best practices
10. Preparing and assisting in the evaluation of training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and feedback analysis
11. Preparing survey or questionnaire for video production
12. Preparing design layouts for training materials, presentations, and reports for program delivery
13. Supporting the onboarding process by helping to develop orientation programs for new hires
14. Assisting in organizing employee development events and activities
15. Coordinating with candidates and different stakeholders to ensure a seamless internship process
16. Being open to occasional onsite meetings with management
17. Assisting with office administration tasks, including maintaining records, managing databases, and organizing documents
18. Creating idea pitching decks

Note: The intern has to go through a 15-day probation period.

Other requirements

1. Preference for final-year university students or recent graduates.

2. Be familiar with social business and social business entrepreneurship concepts.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
