Educational Consultant Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Teacher mentorship: Provide guidance and support to teachers in instructional techniques, classroom management, and student engagement strategies.
2. Curriculum and syllabus development: Design and refine subject-specific syllabi that align with educational standards and organizational goals, ensuring they are appropriate for various age groups.
3. Resource allocation: Recommend and source teaching materials, digital tools, and other resources to create an effective learning environment.
4. Assessment design: Develop assessment strategies and tools to effectively track student progress and learning outcomes.
5. Teacher training and development: Organize and lead professional development workshops to introduce best practices and the latest educational trends.
6. Performance review: Conduct regular classroom observations (both in-person and virtual) and offer constructive feedback to teachers to enhance the quality of instruction.

Requirements:

1. Skill(s) required: Teaching
2. Bachelor's degree in education, curriculum development, or a related field.
3. Strong understanding of early childhood and elementary education principles.
4. Proven track record in supporting and developing teachers.
