Selected Intern's Day-To-Day Responsibilities Include:

5. Meet performance targets and quality standards.
6. Upsell and cross-sell products or services when applicable.
7. Follow company policies and procedures.
8. Provide feedback to improve customer service processes.

Note: The Stipend Of This Internship Will Be Performance Based. Therefore, In Addition To The Minimum Assured Stipend, You Will Also Be Paid A Performance- Linked Incentive (5 % On Each Sale) The More You Convert, The More You Earn.
