As an intern, you will have the opportunity to hone your teaching skills while making a difference in the lives of underserved communities. You will work closely with experienced trainers to create engaging lesson plans, facilitate interactive language sessions, and provide support to students in their language learning journey.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in designing and delivering English language lessons to students of all ages and proficiency levels
2. Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to enhance students' communication skills
3. Organize and participate in language workshops, seminars, and cultural exchange programs
4. Support in monitoring students' progress and providing constructive feedback for improvement
5. Collaborate with other team members to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources
6. Help in assessing students' language proficiency through tests and assignments
7. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the English training program at Kshitiksha Foundation
