Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Content creation & strategy:
a. Research, write, and edit content for blogs, website pages, and social media posts.
b. Plan and execute creative content campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

2. Website development & maintenance:
a. Collaborate on the development, optimization, and regular updates of the startup's website.
b. Troubleshoot website issues and ensure seamless user experience.

3. Social media management:
a. Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
b. Monitor engagement metrics and interact with the online community to foster brand loyalty.

4. Community building:
a. Engage with salons, stylists, and influencers to build and nurture the startup's community.
b. Organize virtual and physical events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

5. Marketing support:
a. Assist in SEO optimization, email marketing, and paid advertising efforts.
b. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.

a. Create and edit short-form videos, reels, and visual content for social platforms.
