About the work from home job/internship
At FC, we're building a world where everyone can live authentically free to connect and grow without fear or violence. You'll help create everyday experiences that bring this vision to life. You'll create opportunities for people to find their place, share their stories, and build lasting connections that save people in many ways.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Be a fellow member of the community, enjoying and participating in FC evenings to make them fun and meaningful for everyone
2. Help users connect by introducing them to others, sparking conversations, and spending time together in chats, co-studying, co-working, games, movies, and more
3. Strategize and create new themes and ideas for FC evenings to encourage participation and engagement
4. Show users everything they can do across the FC metaverse, app, and website
5. Personally engage and retain users until they naturally integrate into FC and discover its value for themselves
6. Encourage users to return by giving them multiple reasons to be active and engaged in FC
7. Monitor the community for safety during activities and address issues promptly
8. Gather feedback from participants to refine future FC evenings and improve user engagement strategies
9. Submit daily logs of observations and identify patterns in user behavior to enhance the overall community experience
