Event Management Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in event planning:
a. Collaborating with the events team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for weddings.
b. Contributing to the planning and coordination of various aspects of events, from venue selection to d cor and entertainment.

2. Vendor coordination:
a. Working closely with vendors, including florists, caterers, photographers, and others, to ensure seamless execution of event details.
b. Assisting in negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.

3. On-site event support:
a. Providing support during events, including setup, coordination, and troubleshooting to ensure a smooth and successful execution.
b. Assisting in managing event timelines and schedules.

4. Client interaction:
a. Engaging with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and expectations.
b. Assisting in communicating event details and updates to clients throughout the planning process.

5. Administrative tasks:
a. Completing various administrative duties, including maintaining event files, managing RSVP lists, and other organizational tasks.
