Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:
1. Conceptualize, plan, and execute online and offline events, workshops, and campaigns
2. Develop detailed event roadmaps, budgets, and timelines
3. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth execution
4. Manage event logistics, speaker coordination, registrations, and technical setup
5. Ensure smooth operations during the event, handling any last-minute challenges
6. Oversee branding, promotions, and audience engagement activities
7. Work closely with the Marketing & Social Media team to promote events
8. Develop and implement event promotion strategies to maximize attendance
9. Coordinate with media, influencers, and collaborators for outreach
