Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with sketching and developing new designs using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
2. Developing illustrations, patterns, flat sketches of the silhouettes, prints and specifying the print sizes along with it.
3. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for upcoming collections.
4. Research current trends and help with fabric sourcing and design selection.
5. Collaborate with the production unit to ensure designs are executed accurately.
6. Assist with fittings and making necessary adjustments to garments.
7. Making of Tech Packs for each garment along with the required changes in sizes
