Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Utilizing various online platforms including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, etc., to identify potential audiences and communities interested in film festivals
2. Initiating engagement with film clubs, university groups, and online communities through social media outreach, calls, and emails
3. Clearly articulating the benefits and highlights of BISFF 2024 to generate interest and participation
4. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies tailored to different target audiences
5. Creating and sharing compelling content about BISFF 2024, including posts, stories, and videos across social media platforms
6. Assisting in organizing virtual events, webinars, and Q&A sessions to promote BISFF 2024
7. Coordinating online screenings and events, ensuring seamless execution and maximum engagement

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of passes sold).

About Bengaluru International Short Film Festival
The Bengaluru International Short Film Festival (BISFF), launched in 2010, has grown to become one of India's largest short film festivals. With Oscar accreditation in 2020, BISFF is the only Oscar Academy-qualifying short film festival in India for the Live Action category.
