Internship Opportunity: Financial Modeling & Data Room Assistant!
Are you eager to dive into the world of finance and gain hands-on experience with financial modeling and data management? We're looking for a Financial Modeling & Data Room Intern to join our team!
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Financial Modeling: Assist in creating and refining financial models to support business planning, valuations, and decision-making processes.
2. Data Room Management: Organize and maintain data rooms, ensuring all financial documents and files are up-to-date and accurately categorized.
3. Analysis & Reporting: Prepare financial reports, summaries, and presentations to provide insights on company performance and investment opportunities.
4. Documentation: Support the finance team in maintaining accurate records, preparing investor-ready documents, and managing sensitive financial information.

Other requirements
1. MBA student or a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with relevant professional experience.
2. Experience working with financial models and data room management (experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance is a plus!).
3. Proficiency in Excel, financial software tools, and data management systems.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
5. Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely.
