About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Core responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative support to the founding team
- Manage and organize the founder's inbox and calendar
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Prepare meeting agendas and take comprehensive notes during important discussions
- Draft, proofread, and format business documents and presentations

2. Research & analysis:
- Conduct market and industry research to support strategic decision-making
- Compile competitive intelligence and present findings in clear, actionable formats
- Assist with data collection, organization, and basic analysis
- Create and maintain databases of relevant business information

3. Project support:
- Assist with tracking project milestones and deadlines
- Help develop and improve internal processes and workflows
- Support the preparation of pitch decks and investor materials
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration on key initiatives

4. Communication & coordination:
- Serve as a liaison between the founder and various teams or departments
- Draft internal communications and external correspondence
- Help manage relationships with key partners and stakeholders
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems for important documents

5. Special projects:
- Support ad-hoc strategic initiatives as assigned by the founding team
- Assist with event planning and coordination for team or client meetings
- Help prepare for board meetings and investor presentations
- Contribute ideas and insights to improve business operations
