Founders Office Work From Home Part Time Internship

We are hiring a 6-month intern in the founder's office to help execute the mission and day-to-day activities. You will work with the CEO to prioritize and drive several internal and external initiatives for product launches, marketing campaigns, hiring, financial analysis, providing metrics, and ensuring the CEO's focus and time are invested in the company's top priorities.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working directly with our founders or leadership team to help them build and grow the company
2. Identifying opportunities for performance improvement across the organization
3. Producing monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and investor reports
4. Building strategic partnerships, designing go-to-market strategies, and establishing critical business opportunities
5. Establishing and tracking progress across multiple projects (OKRs etc.) and working with stakeholders across functions
6. Working on strategy is great - but operationalizing projects when they don't have a clearly defined owner is a higher impact
7. Picking up special projects which align with the critical priorities at different times

Requirements:

1. Go-getter attitude with prior internships in startups
2. Getting things done in a fast-paced work environment
3. Be agile enough to thrive in a fast-changing start-up environment, yet be organized and detail-oriented to ensure nothing falls off the cracks
