About the work from home job/internship
We're looking for a Founder's Intern who is eager to take on dynamic challenges, lead initiatives, and work directly with the founder across multiple business functions. This internship is not limited to a specific set of tasks, it's for someone who can learn fast, execute faster, and take ownership. You'll be actively involved in everything from marketing and strategy to partnerships, hiring, customer experience, and operations.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Marketing & Social Media: Managing social platforms, influencer collaborations, and performance marketing strategies.
2. Partnerships & Growth: Identifying and reaching out to key partners (media, events, logistics, packaging, etc.).
3. Hiring & Team Expansion: Assisting in recruitment and onboarding.
4. Customer Experience: Enhancing and optimizing the end-to-end customer journey.
5. Operations & Execution: Supporting various aspects of business growth, from B2B partnerships to marketplace listings.
