About the work from home job/internship
We are seeking a few proactive and enthusiastic founders office Interns to join our Founder's Office. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience in project management, marketing, market research, strategy and strategy implementation.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong interest in technology, operations, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a desire to learn and contribute to the organization and is okay with context switching and can work across all activities which the Founders are involved in.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Plan, direct, coordinate, and execute all activities on behalf of the founders
2. Act as an adviser to the promoters and entire senior management team
3. Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives and oversee projects of high importance
4. Assume and supervise business operations and all day-to-day responsibilities for projects and tasks ensuring business plan is being executed within budget and given deadlines
5. Participate in regular meetings with the Executive Management Team to discuss business issues, update processes, analyze issues, and challenge suggestions
6. Help coordinate business wide procedures and work to improve existing processes for maximum clarity, efficiency and success
7. Build and maintain relationships across all departments/functions in order to influence outcomes; strengthen leadership teamwork and foster long-term partnerships that are critical to organizations success
8. Use latest tech tools like CRM, WhatsApp chatbot builders, analytics tools to execute marketing and promotion
9. Assist in SEO (search Engine Optimization) and content creation

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 400000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per bonus on meeting all kpis).
