Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and execute creative fundraising campaigns using content marketing strategies to engage donors and raise funds
2. Utilize English proficiency to effectively communicate with potential donors and partners
3. Manage donor databases and track fundraising progress using MS Excel
4. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to meet fundraising targets and deadlines
5. Utilize sales techniques to solicit donations and secure partnerships with businesses and individuals
6. Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure fundraising efforts are maximized
7. Use problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and find innovative solutions to fundraising barriers

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 10000 per sale).
