As the Fundraising Intern, you will join our dynamic team and support our fundraising initiatives through a variety of tasks. You will play an integral role in the fundraising process, helping to ensure its success. You will get the chance to hone your skills and gain valuable experience in all aspects of fundraising, from grant writing to event planning.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Researching prospective donors
2. Creating a strong fundraising message that appeals to potential donors
3. Identifying and contacting potential donors
4. Using online platforms to raise donations
5. Organizing campaigns or events to solicit donations
6. Maintaining records of donor information
7. Evaluating the success of previous fundraising events
8. Training volunteers in fundraising procedures and practices
9. Ensuring that all legal reporting requirements are satisfied
