About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create character designs and illustrations for various units in the game
2. Design and illustrate buildings and structures in top-down perspective
3. Develop concept art for new game elements (characters, buildings, environments)
4. Research historical and cultural references for authentic game world creation
5. Assist in creating UI elements and icons for the game interface
6. Participate in brainstorming sessions for new game features and visual styles
7. Document art creation processes and maintain an organized asset library
8. Assist in creating marketing materials such as promotional art or screenshots

Other requirements

1. Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Game Design, Digital Arts, or related field

2. Proficiency in digital illustration software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar

3. Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and perspective

4. Ability to create concept art and translate ideas into final illustrations • Knowledge of top-down perspective and its application in RTS games

5. Familiarity with game art pipelines and asset creation

6. Passion for video games, especially RTS and strategy genres

7. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
