About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Translation and localization: Translate in-game dialogue, user interface (UI) elements, and narratives from the source language to target language(s). Ensure translated content is culturally relevant and consistent with the original intent and tone of the game. Collaborate with game developers and localization teams to ensure smooth and coherent integration of translated materials. Edit and proofread game scripts for grammatical and contextual accuracy.
2. Game annotation: Annotate and label various in-game assets, dialogues, and events for machine learning models and AI systems. Ensure accuracy and consistency when tagging and annotating game content, including actions, items, NPC behaviors, and storyline decisions. Work closely with AI engineers and data scientists to refine annotation processes and improve machine learning model performance.
3. Quality assurance: Review and test localized game content for linguistic and functional accuracy. Report and track bugs related to translated content, voice-over sync, or annotated data inconsistencies. Work with the QA team to ensure that all localized versions of the game maintain a high level of quality.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of revenue generated).
