Job Description : Highest-ranking executive within the country of the organization, responsible for steering the overall strategy, governance, and operations across multiple states inside the country. This role involves representing the organization at the highest levels, fostering national young leaders, and ensuring the effective implementation of the organization's mission and vision.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the organization's national strategy in alignment with its mission and goals. Ensure that the organization remains at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.
2. Global Representation: Act as the primary spokesperson for the organization, representing it at national conferences, forums, and meetings. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, business leaders, and other influential figures.
3. Governance and Oversight: Oversee the organization's executive team and ensure effective governance practices. Collaborate with the Board of Directors to set policies and strategic priorities.
4. Financial Management: Approve the organization's budget and ensure effective allocation of resources. Oversee financial performance and address any financial challenges that arise.
5. Operational Excellence: Ensure that the organization's national operations are efficient and effective, with a focus on achieving operational excellence. Implement and monitor key performance indicators to track progress and success.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 100 per sale).
