About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist tasks involving German-speaking and writing customers or clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support via various communication channels such as phone, email, or chat.
2. Offer language training or support to English-speaking colleagues or team members who wish to improve their German language skills, if applicable.
3. Conduct research and analysis on German markets, trends, and competitors to support business development or marketing initiatives.
4. Assist in the planning and execution of events, conferences, or seminars involving German-speaking participants, including logistics, communications.
5. Collaborate with colleagues from different departments or teams to ensure effective communication and coordination in projects involving German-speaking stakeholders.
6. Affinity to involve in technical works in German language.
