About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct hands-on sessions to teach video editing, social media post creation, and reels/shorts production.
2. Mentor and guide team members in graphic design and video editing techniques.
3. Oversee and delegate creative tasks to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery.
4. Review team outputs and provide constructive feedback to enhance quality.
5. Develop strategies for creating engaging Instagram reels and YouTube shorts while teaching the team how to optimize them for reach and engagement.
6. Act as the bridge between team members, ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication.
7. Assist in designing posts, videos, and thumbnails as needed while focusing on team upskilling.
