Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in creating unique and trendy merchandise designs, including T-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts.
2. Develop mockups and product previews for the website and marketing materials.
3. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and conceptualize new design ideas.
4. Research and analyze current design trends to create appealing designs.
5. Ensure designs meet quality standards and align with the brand's aesthetic.
6. Organize and maintain design files and resources for easy access.
7. Work on improving and refining existing designs as needed.

3. Prior experience in graphic design, merchandise design, or mockup creation (even academic or freelance projects) is preferred but not mandatory.
4. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing tasks or feedback.
5. A keen eye for details, such as design alignment, colors, and typography, is essential for high-quality merch designs.
6. A willingness to collaborate with the team and incorporate feedback effectively.
7. Candidates who are self-starters and can take initiative to come up with creative ideas or solutions.
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per design).
