About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and objectives
2. Create visually appealing and professional designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, banners, advertising posts, general social media posts, flyers, and stickers
3. Ensure that all designs align with the company's brand identity and guidelines
4. Use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality graphics
5. Incorporate feedback and revisions from the team to refine and improve designs
6. Stay updated on current design trends and techniques to bring fresh ideas and creativity to the projects
7. Work within deadlines to deliver design assets in a timely manner
8. Maintain organized files and folders for easy access and retrieval of design assets
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content writing, and social media, to ensure visual consistency across different channels
10. Assist in other design-related tasks and projects as assigned by the team
