As a graphic design Intern for The Moshpit Store, you will have the exciting opportunity to bring our brand to life through creative and innovative t-shirt and merchandise designs. Utilizing your skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and applying design thinking principles, you will play a key role in shaping our visual identity and engaging our audience.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborating with the marketing team to create eye-catching designs for t-shirts and merchandise that align with our brand aesthetic
2. Generating concepts and mock-ups for new product launches and promotional campaigns
3. Adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across all design assets
4. Assisting with photo editing, color correction, and typography for print and digital materials
5. Conducting market research and staying up-to-date on design trends to inform your work
6. Presenting and pitching design concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approval
7. Contributing to a positive and creative work environment by sharing ideas and collaborating with team members.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 300 per design).
