About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understand the market and creative trends
2. Understand the target audience and what appeals to them creatively
3. Understand the brand objectives and brand design
4. Design brand website/mobile app, product packages, content, and other visuals, using different forms of creative art and design
5. Ensure that the designs are aligned with the brand goals
6. Format visual content to meet the requirements of various platforms
7. Keep track of global creative design trends
8. Coordinate with internal team members as necessary
9. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks on time

Other requirements

1. Completed of in the final year of a degree in graphics & UI/UX design

2. Commitment to work for at least 4-5 hours per day from Mon-Sat

3. Hands-on experience in creative art and design for commercial use

4. Hands-on experience in creating content for digital marketing

5. Hands-on experience in creating website and mobile app UI/UX designs

6. Hands-on experience in using AI design tools for design

7. Proficiency in Corel Draw and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop

8. Ability to constantly learn and apply new ideas and skills

9. Proficiency in written and verbal English

10. Committed, sincere, detail-orientated, and able to manage time and meet deadlines

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per individual's performance).
