We seek a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our team as a growth intern focusing on research and outreach. The primary responsibility of this role is to research, identify and assist in developing and executing an outreach strategy to engage them.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
(a) Research and identification:
1. Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential creators and key individuals in the VR and digital art communities.
2. Gather and analyze relevant information from various sources to build a database of contacts.
(b) Data collection:
1. Collect publicly available contact details such as email addresses, social media handles (Twitter, Instagram), and Discord usernames etc. which are available.
2. Gather additional information from creators' social media profiles and websites.
(c) Data organization:
1. Input collected data into an organized Excel sheet, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
2. Categorize data by platform, type of content, and other relevant criteria.
(d) Outreach strategy development:
1. Assist in creating email and direct message templates for outreach.
2. Prepare for automated outreach via email and social media.
(e) Execution of outreach:
1. Use email marketing tools to send personalized outreach emails.
2. Send direct messages on Instagram and Twitter using prepared templates.
3. Conduct manual outreach on Discord by joining relevant servers and sending personalized messages.
Desired qualifications:
1. Strong research skills and attention to detail.
2. Proficiency in using Excel or similar spreadsheet software.
3. Excellent written communication skills.
4. Basic understanding of VR platforms and digital art communities is a plus.
5. Familiarity with major social media platforms and their messaging systems.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per lead conversion).
