Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct one-on-one or group Hindi language tutoring sessions for team members.
2. Develop customized lesson plans and learning materials based on individual learning needs.
3. Assist with translation of documents and communication materials from English to Hindi.
4. Conduct language proficiency assessments and provide feedback for improvement.
5. Collaborate with HR and L&D teams to incorporate Hindi language training into onboarding programs.
6. Stay up-to-date on latest language learning trends and tools to enhance teaching methods.
7. Participate in cultural exchange initiatives to promote cross-cultural understanding within the company.
