About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Review the calendar for upcoming arrivals and departures, and check email and messages for any guest inquiries or issues.
2. Excel maintenance: Update guest arrival and departure spreadsheet with details for the day, including name, number, dates, purpose of stay, property, and check-in/out timings.
3. Housekeeping team: Send a group message to the housekeeping team with the details of guests arriving that day, including name, property, and estimated check-in time.
4. Cleaning coordination: Monitor housekeeping progress, address any urgent cleaning needs, and ensure properties are ready for incoming guests.
5. Guest communication: Respond to guest messages and emails promptly, and address any concerns or requests.
