HR Compliance Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Monitoring Compliance Regulations: Assist in staying up-to-date with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations to ensure company practices are compliant.
2. Conducting Audits: Help prepare for and conduct internal audits of HR processes and employee records to identify compliance gaps.
3. Policy Review and Updates: Support the review and updating of HR policies and procedures to reflect current laws and best practices.
4. Training Support: Assist in developing and delivering training materials on compliance-related topics for employees and management.
5. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, findings, and corrective actions taken.
