HR Consultant Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various roles across departments
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
3. Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and the company career site
4. Update and maintain candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
5. Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate suitability and interest
6. Collaborate with team members to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
7. Support the creation and delivery of engaging candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process
8. Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and networking opportunities as needed
