Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
3. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation sessions.
4. Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees.
5. Handle employee inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
6. Support HR team in various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and presentations.
7. Collaborate with team members on special projects to improve HR processes and procedures.
