Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in recruitment processes such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Supporting in onboarding new employees by preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions
3. Helping with employee relations activities, including organizing team-building events and handling employee inquiries
4. Participating in HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management and employee engagement programs
5. Assisting in maintaining HR records and updating employee information in the HRIS system
6. Contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures
7. Providing general administrative support to the HR department as needed
